LIDA Sponsored Wreck Dive

On Sunday, July 5th, as part of the LIDA/EDBA discount program, LIDA will be sponsoring a trip to the wreck of the Bald Eagle, departing at 6:00AM on board the Jeanne-II dive boat. The LIDA member discounted price for this trip is $85. Additionally, food and drinks will be provided by LIDA free for all members.
Reservations must be made with the Captain. Discount price is available only to LIDA members.

5th Annual Ken and Jean Marie Jastrzebski Memorial Dive
Ponquogue Bridge, Hampton Bays, NY
On Sunday, July 12th LIDA will be sponsoring the 5th Annual Ken and Jean Marie Jastrzebski Memorial Fundraiser Dive at the Ponquogue Bridge. The diving community will once again come together to honor the memory of two very special people who meant so much to so many of us. The passing of the years does little to diminish the pain of their absence, so we gather each year to honor and remember them in the best way that we can. Diving was what they loved, and through diving they showed their love to everyone they met. On this day we dive for Ken and Jean Marie.
Potluck BBQ and raffles will help raise money for the Jastrzebski "Sink the Ship" fund, to be used for the sinking of a ship on the artificial reef in their memory. Parking permits will be available at no charge for the day.
The event begins at 12 noon and will continue throughout the day, with a dive on the bridge at 2PM for the high-slack tide. All are welcome.

On Saturday, July 18th, as part of the LIDA/EDBA discount program, LIDA will be sponsoring a trip to the wreck of the USS San Diego for the 91st anniversary of her sinking, departing at 6:00AM on board the Garloo dive boat. The LIDA member discounted price for this trip is $85. Additionally, food and drinks will be provided by LIDA free for all members.

On Wednesday, July 29th, as part of the LIDA/EDBA discount program, LIDA will be sponsoring a dive trip to the Shinnecock Artificial Reef system, departing at 9:00AM on board the Fish-On dive boat. The LIDA member discounted price for this trip is $90. Additionally, food and drinks will be provided by LIDA free for all members.
